DEEP: Why Therapy, Plant Medicine, and Coaching Haven’t Fixed You (And What Will)
If you’ve tried everything but still feel stuck, it’s not your habits or behaviors—it’s your identity. And your identity is built from hidden stories you don’t even know you’re telling yourself.
The Trap You Don’t Even Know You’re In
I used to believe that if I could just fix my habits—if I could be more disciplined, more consistent, more motivated—then everything in my life would fall into place. I thought my struggles in money, relationships, and health were about working harder and finding the right strategy. So I tried everything: therapy, coaching, plant medicine, breathwork, journaling. Each offered insights, but none of them got to the root of why I was repeating the same damn patterns over and over.
Then I lost millions of dollars when my business collapsed. At first, I thought it was just bad strategy or bad luck. But then I realized something deeper was at play: I had a subconscious identity around struggle—one that made me believe that hard work and stress were the only paths to success. So even when I had money, I found ways to sabotage it. My identity was wired for struggle, not ease.
My mom had her own version of this realization when she was diagnosed with kidney cancer. Instead of succumbing to fear, she did something radical—she used a very early form of DEEP to communicate with her kidneys, shifting the emotional story around her diagnosis. Her tumor actually shrank before surgery.
This wasn’t just mindset work. It wasn’t a placebo effect. It was something deeper—a way to unravel and rewrite the unconscious stories shaping our reality.
That’s when I created DEEP (Depth-Enhanced Emotional Processing)—a method designed to access and rewrite the root cause of self-sabotage at the identity level.
And I can promise you this: The reason you’re still stuck in life isn’t because you need more discipline or motivation. It’s because of a hidden identity loop running the show.
The Science: Why Your Identity Keeps You Stuck
People think change happens at the level of habits, behaviors, or even beliefs. But those things are just surface symptoms of something deeper.
Your patterns don’t just exist in isolation—they are a reflection of your identity. If you see yourself as someone who struggles in relationships, finances, or health, then no amount of willpower will change that. Your identity is shaped by subconscious beliefs, and those beliefs come from the stories you told yourself under stress.
When you were young—especially in childhood and adolescence—you existed in highly suggestible brainwave states, like theta and alpha. These are the states where deep subconscious programming occurs. If something traumatic happened—a parent yelling at you, a breakup, a business failure, a moment of rejection—your body was flooded with cortisol, adrenaline, and fear.
And in that moment, your brain locked in a story: “I am not safe.” “Love equals pain.” “Money is hard to get.”
That story became an unconscious belief. And over time, those beliefs hardened into your identity.
This is why most people fail to change—because they’re trying to fix the symptoms (habits and behaviors) instead of the root cause (identity-level programming).
How DEEP Works: Rewiring the Stories That Keep You Stuck
DEEP isn’t just breathwork. It isn’t just therapy. It isn’t just coaching. It’s all of those things combined in a way that actually reprograms the subconscious.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Recreate the Stress Response (Without the Trauma)
Instead of simply remembering a painful event, DEEP guides you into a heightened nervous system state—similar to the original stress response, but in a safe and controlled way.
This lets you interact with your emotions, sensations, and past experiences as if they were separate entities—a method that helps you extract lessons without being consumed by the pain.
Step 2: Shift into a Receptive (Theta) State
Once the emotional charge has been externalized, DEEP moves you into a more open and suggestible state—one where you can introduce emotions like gratitude, acceptance, love, and understanding into the memory itself. This rewires the way your brain holds the event.
Step 3: Integrate Through Bilateral Stimulation
To further anchor the shift, DEEP uses self-petting, hugging, or bilateral tapping to engage both hemispheres of the brain—an integration technique that cements the transformation.
Step 4: Rewrite Through Journaling and Action
Finally, you journal from a new brainwave state to solidify the changes. And most importantly, you take real-world action steps to reinforce the new identity. Without action, the subconscious mind reverts to old patterns.
This process bypasses the conscious mind and gets straight to the root of what’s actually keeping you stuck.
The DEEP Experience: Try It For Yourself
You don’t need another motivational talk, therapy session, or life coach telling you to “believe in yourself.”
You need a method that actually rewires the subconscious stories keeping you stuck so that change happens automatically.
That’s what DEEP does. And I’m guiding a live session where you can experience it firsthand.
