It was nice to read this on a gloomy morning when not even the coffee seemed to do the trick. A nice shift in perspective on what it means to be alive. This is what beguiner's luck must be. It's not luck, but rather the innocence of not knowing, and the universe takes over.

The moment we stop fighting the current, we remember we are the current. Consciousness moves through us the way salt moves through the sea — invisible, essential, unending.

"You are consciousness observing itself, reality unfolding within and through you. You're simultaneously the observer, the observed, and the actor—engaged in a perpetual, exquisite dance of cosmic self-discovery." Yes yes yes.

Now my question is--as I prep for school visits with my young adult novel THE THIN DOOR whose main character is beginning to think these heretical thoughts--do I dare tell that "What is water?" anecdote, which I was saving from the much-quoted David Foster Wallace speech--to high school sophomores? Do I dare rip open the veil of materialism for kids still finding their own center?

I'm considering the way through--

You are dismissing the existence of the creator - big "G" God - that designed and created the universe. I fully believe that we are part of a creation that is intimately connected to every other component of itself. Phenomena like remote viewing, blindfolded seeing or mindsight, Christian "Words of Knowledge", and several others prove that all the information in the universe is available at every point in space. The creation is one entangled superfluid of the aetheric medium through which light propagates. However, co-existing in the same space is the Holy Spirit of the creator. The Bible teaches that God is a spirit, God is light, and that God is the source of all true and correct information. And in the form of the Holy Spirit, the fullness of God co-exists with the creation at every point. The Bible teaches that no one can escape the presence of the Holy Spirit because it's everywhere. Moreover, it teaches that it's the sustainer of all life and is what holds all things together. God did not just create the universe but he is continually allowing it to consist. I've been trying to visualize and conceptualize this overlapping of God and the creation. In my mind's eye, I view one sea of aether being the creation and the other being the creator which are overlapping one another, with the creator (GOD) holding together the creation.

Please realize that I am not dismissing some of your points. I'm convinced from my research of the Bible, modern faith healers who are instantly reversing disease conditions and even raising the dead, experiments with Random Number Generators, spoon bending parties, and other things that consciousness is fundamental and through consciousness we can apply certainty backed intentions and the universe will rewrite reality. But we're something more than just the universe watching itself. We are sentient eternal beings created and encoded into the creation. There is a God, he loves us, and his rules and characteristics of himself are encoded into the fabric of reality. If we deny God exists, then we deny the truth about our identity, our purpose, and our potential.

Your statement "If we deny God exists, then we deny the truth about our identity, our purpose, and our potential." I would say the issue is not about God existing or not. The issue is that people claim we know what "God" is.... they arrogantly assert their version claiming it is the right version... then they become blinded by that bias and dogma. Not even realizing that goes counter to the "god principles" of holism, integration, love and inclusivity. This is the reason so many reject religion and its doctrines... Many find little wisdom in the bible.... some would say for every nugget of truth and beauty there is another of division and devisiveness.

I grew up in a Christian home going to church regularly and spent most of my life attending services. Guess what? Although I knew some of the fundamental truths such as how to be saved, I didn’t really understand the Bible at all. I’d listened to preachers simply repeating what they’d heard others say or ideas that they hadn’t researched or verified. After studying concepts that I’d previously been taught were somehow demonic (such as meditation), various cutting edge theories about the nature of reality, and a variety of other subjects, the Bible makes much more sense to me now. It turns out that it’s not only correct but has all the answers we need - except perhaps explained so briefly in many cases that I needed to seek additional context. The reality that we exist in a universe where every point in space is connected to every other, where infinite knowledge is available to every person through the vacuum of space, and how reality is programmed to respond to faith/certainty backed intentions displays the inclusivity of God. Science verifies how positive emotions such as love, joy, peace, and appreciation (Thanksgiving) bring the body and mind into a state of coherence. Likewise, negative emotions induce chaos and disorder. Sin thus becomes opposition to the concept of love and order - because it always harms the individual and everyone around them. The main reason why I think people want to abandon their faith in God and turn to false belief systems (like the universe itself is God and thus we are our own deity) is that they aren’t willing to totally submit to God’s standards and rules. They talk about love, inclusion, and so forth but they refuse to submit to stop participating in lifestyles and actions that are actually in opposition to the principles by which the universe works. I do admit that the shocking ignorance of many Christians makes the whole situation worse: such as how many of them teach meditation is satanic when in reality it induces order, coherence, and harmony in the mind by reducing the activity of the Default Mode Network and allowing disparate parts of the brain to begin communicating effectively. But that’s no excuse to promote the false idea that there is no God. He’s real. He exists. And to deny his reality is the definition of self harm.

I tend to be skeptical of anyone who speaks with such clarity and conviction about such things. I have always found it much more wise to simply admit I don’t know and can’t fully know while trying to adhere to the principles of inclusivity, integration, holism and love. This way I am open to learn and experience… I am not interested in claiming certainty

If there is no God then there is no ultimate right or wrong: because as the New Agers (which many Christians would accuse me of being) proclaim in their belief we're all pieces or fractals of God. Thus, there is no rigid right or wrong, black or white. Instead, we can apply our own judgement to any situation and come up with our own preferred moral answer. If we're all pieces of the creator then there's no reason to think someone as evil as Adolf Hitler is anymore "wrong" in his thinking than a missionary saint that spends their life serving others while living in poverty. I believe in a literal big "G" God for many reasons. But one of the primary ones is that I don't believe human beings have the authority to establish their own morality and truth. Right now, we live in a fractured plant with billions of people who revere a madman who was a warlord that stole his own son's wife (Muhammad) and preached conquest of anyone who would not convert. The fact so many people can fall for such nonsense is proof we are incompetent as a species. Likewise, there are people who make up the wildest justifications for whatever they choose to believe: like those who suggest transgenderism is a natural gender choice rather than a mental disorder. The biology of our species proves there are only two genders - except for the small number of people who are actually born with physical abnormalities who I feel extreme sympathy for. I also have learned not to trust myself: for I can allow my own feelings, emotions, and irrational thinking to fool myself. There must be a higher ultimate truth that humanity must aspire to connect to.

I have something I would request you to do. Apply the Free Energy Principle of neuroscience and the mind to psychokinesis. After years of attempting to understand how consciousness can effect matter, this provides the best explanation I've obtained so far. Basically, PK happens when the universe that God programmed to respond to faith participates in ACTIVE INFERENCE (a concept from the Free Energy Principle) to reduce the "Free Energy" (which can be understood as confusion or surprise or uncertainty) that would occur if a high precision, high certainty (faith backed) prediction about an applied intention did not manifest. A result of this is that meditation (mindfulness) and positive emotion become the best ways to generate such top down precision in predictions that can be applied to alter reality. When Jesus said that people could move mountains if they had faith and did not doubt but believed it WOULD COME TO PASS (a high precision prediction) he knew what he was talking about. By applying the FEP to psychokinesis a roadmap to unlimited psychokinetic potential can be generated!

Thank you for commenting and responding to me. I really do appreciate it. I admit that I don't know everything. But at this point in my life after decades of trying to understand and research to discover the truth, I don't have any HUGE questions remaining. Yes, I have some. But I have at least partial answers to all the big issues that bugged me for years.

"I admit that I don't know everything." With respect, your language suggests otherwise. I do appreciate the discussion but I am allergic to people and ideas who want to divide and use divisive language about other humans and their beliefs.

Not for Everyone. But maybe for you and your patrons?

Hello Jade,

I hope this finds you in a rare pocket of stillness.

We hold deep respect for what you've built here—and for how.

We’ve just opened the door to something we’ve been quietly handcrafting for years.

Not for mass markets. Not for scale. But for memory and reflection.

Not designed to perform. Designed to endure.

It’s called The Silent Treasury.

A sanctuary where truth, judgment, and consciousness are kept like firewood—dry, sacred, and meant for long winters.

Where trust, vision, patience, and stewardship are treated as capital—more rare, perhaps, than liquidity itself.

The 3 inaugural pieces speak to quiet truths we've long engaged with:

1. The Hidden Costs of Clarity Culture — for long term, irreversible decisions

2. Why Judgment, ‘Signal’, and Trust Migrate Toward Niche Information Sanctuaries

3. Why many modern investment ecosystems (PE, VC, Hedge, ALT, spac, rollups) fracture before they root

These are not short, nor designed for virality.

They are multi-sensory, slow experiences—built to last.

If this speaks to something you've always felt but rarely seen expressed,

perhaps these works belong in your world.

One publication link is enclosed, should you choose to start experiencing.

Thank you for this beautiful post that makes this more accessible for me. I will be curious about it. I will allow myself and remind myself to experience this if I can. I can at least try, without effort to allow that this is how it is. Get excited about the wave. I am drawn to be curious about why I would create this but somehow I feel that my job is actually to experience it and the interconnected of it all. That curiosity about why is secondary or maybe even not for me. That curiosity about why May actually have me not experience it. Instead, I’m experiencing wondering why. For now, observe myself and my environment as one creation that I am part of, and also projecting and also observing. Just observe it as possible. For today, I could let that be enough. Thank you again.

I totally subscribe to the concept of panpsychism. I believe consciousness exists as bits of information in the ether (perhaps light is the carrier??) and the brain is a receiver. The signals we receive (ie the reality we experience) is based on the frequency we are tuned to.
